Organic Trek will offer Workshops and Demonstrations at our place and/or yours

at any time that we can get enough interest and attendance

in subjects pertaining to our Raw Living Food

This can be done by scheduled invitation, and/or appointment.

These will be hands on food preparation demonstrations accompanied with nutritional information.
